Without actually saying it, it looks like they think they will get almost all of the silver because the PR says that the wreck looked like it was resting on the bottom intact--like it was docked at a wharf.

Also, it said that the tea was still in the hold instead of being scattered over the bottom. And, as you know, tea containers are much lighter than silver--so the silver is most likely still stacked in the holds.

80% share is a pretty good cut too. I have bought some OMEX right after I first posted here after I did some due diligence. This WWII wreck is just one of a number of wrecks that they have found and have the rights to.

And the Spanish wreck is in the courts. Even if OMEX loses that one in Spain, I do not believe they will get NO share in that wreck. Just not as much as they thoght they should be entitled to.
