Well, that's because someone was taking coconut rum shots when they were painting the SP. IMO (lol).
This stock has been manipulated so much it does not recognize it's rise from it's fall. Clearly those that control the float inner mingle the buy and sell on a regular.
Need to raise money sell, need to paint the price buy, it's a vicious cycle, and that's why you have freebies, because you need people who will make this thing seem active.
While on the other hand you have real money holding waiting for a Legit play, thus forced to hold.
Jeff, is clearly the loser at amateur night @ the Apollo. His glass house clearly has no roof, but I guess that's what the coconut husks are for..............go figure.
