wilma,sorry but don't get it you agree with what,I'm not saying sale of company or any patents will happen via global ip and instead say global ip will ask msft/goog/t and others to follow up Ebay licensing steps or global ip will fill a infringement lawsuit against them.
global ip helped to sell Nortel patents after BK not before.
NEOM isn't in default or BK situation,so doesn't make sense to sell and pay portion of YA debt.unless YA comes with 8k and say NEOM in default and will try to sell assets(patents)in order to recover it's debt.
