Has the SEC Commission made a recomendation yet? The price seems to be free falling for some unknown reason?


pending litigation??? I read the WN to say the enforcement people made a recommendation but the SE Commission has NOT made a decision on that recommendation__________YET


oh the doom and gloom of all the ambulance chasers

how many plaintiffs are there so far? out of 3000+ people who may have purchased shares in those times frames
