you can fine better then anyone but my guess Neom deal with global ip base of contingency(for any lawsuit)or publicly traded company that isn't in BK can't sell patents to pay off YA debt,unless in full default.that's why I mention retaining such prestigous law firm isn't a bluff and sooner then later global ip will knock few doors alike MSFT to follow Ebay or get infrigement lawsuit....
