Codima Inc. Announces Agreement With AERC Recycling

(Pink Sheets:CDMA), through its division Codima Green, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a formal independent representative agreement with AERC of Allentown PA, for the purpose of expanding AERC's national recycling services. The new relationship gives Codima Green the ability to offer its clients fully certified recycling services including data destruction and total asset recovery for end of life and use electronic equipment. The new agreement offers Codima the ability to expand and focus new certified services on the Company's larger telecom and network clients. AERC and its subsidiary Comcycle are considered Industry leaders in the field of mercury and electronic recycling services.
