That's not what you wrote:

"They feel it works, but have proposed that trials be conducted to insure the truth or falsity of what they may sell."

That's quite different statement to claiming it definitely and definitively works, which all their PRs and their website do.

The attempt by AQLV to wriggle out of making unsubstantaited claims fails miserably, I'm afraid.

"I already know the answer, so do not pull any fast ones!"
