A little Google search of "VNDM Market Maker" yielded some information. Seems they are not a retailer, and are notorious for shorting penny stocks. Now I don't know the intricacies of shorting, or even that that's what's going on here, but I do know that any news would lead to some serious covering! It's not that many shares, anyway...
