At this point in time I don't think it makes a whole lot of difference. You can pretty well rule out they found a lot of oil/gas and have been hiding the fact. Most likely they didn't encounter all the sands targeted as was the case at Bomu. I hope that the Phase I drilling was screwed up as some suspect as to location, technical expertise, etc to help explain the disappointing results. Makes the upcoming drills all the more important IMO.
