As much as I agree its not a pump in dump it did follow rather close to one.

The price moved much higher on anticipation and rather consistent communication. It then fell on dilution information and PR's that failed to happen (10K timeframes).

Just saying outside of being a scam the chart and actions fell inline rather close.

Again no one freak out I am not saying it is. Just saying it does not need to be a scam to have the appearance of a Pump and Dump.
