Like I said IHMO it is relative. I do not think all P&D are done by mgt., but some are set ups by traders working together to P&D a stock. I saw this first hand with the feline stock that had private FB meetings. THe head of the group kept telling everyone to buy and hold while he sold out for millions near the high.

Thanks Jim for your frankness. I think ones views can be biased by what they expect. Maybe my expectations are far beyond many here as to what mgt. should do. Maybe if we all held them to a higher expectation the results would be better.
