Well veno....much has transpired between when JD was first notified of the tax *issues* and now. For example:

The Tax delinquency has GROWN due to penalty AND additional taxes not being remitted.

on a side note...Willis Hartley hit the bricks.

on a second side note...Kendricks bolted.

on a third note...Southern Community Bank Sued the company


on a fourth side note.... Wurth wood group sued and obtained a $300,000+ judgment against D&D Displays,JD,Glenn and their spouses.

on a fifth side note.. JD canceled the shareholders meeting and has gone *silent*

And CIMA is still nothing more than the former Builders Choice Cabinets- a twice before FAILED maker of custom cabinets.
