One thing is for sure. This company pps does not move in tandem with the general market. The rest of the market on a bull run so far this week could cause a delayed reaction leading up to the announcement.

Previous filings and announcements are popular on tuesdays and thursdays. In any event I will probably move some on the way up and hang onto the rest.
