There has not been a delay in financials in months. I don't understand what you are talking about...please use specific examples.

The last guidance from the company regarding financials was this:

We are not committing to any timelines for the 10K filing because often confirmations and correspondence required by the auditors takes extra time which is beyond our control. We have, however, added extra manpower at every level to insure the most expeditious result possible.

Like I said, there were timeline mistakes made months ago but that is far in the past. These are past issues, I think you are letting the PPS get to you emotionally. Does your DD say SNEY will succeed? If 'yes', buy/hold. If 'no', Sell. Whichever you choose, just execute and stop second guessing.

This is exactly what causes people to buy at the top of a rally and sell into the bottom of a sell-off.
