In reality we are stockholders of vapor - Until the F/S shares are actually distributed and received/released we have nothing but hope and prayer.

The millions of shares we bought did not actually exist as of the date we purchased them, as they did not really exist for the insider to sell them as they sold them prematurely.

Therefore at the time of the vote by the stockholders (in the company's eyes) only 11 shares of stock existed and the holders of those shares would be the stockholders of record.

This is what the company will say to try and get around this.
