i have zecco..that message is new, and pops up every time you attempt a sub penny trade.. they provide a dtc non eligible list of stocks on website for you to review and determine if that particular sub penny is listed- mmtc is not, therefore you'll pay regular commissions..presently no additional costs in trading mmtc..
