1) CEO Tom Simeo posted this message on his Twitter account yesterday.....

2) About a week ago, a couple of paragraphs of combined information about Simeo and Viking Investments Group started showing up in the management section of the website for Anpro PE.

As best as I can figure out, this company is in the process of forming a private equity fund ($35+M). The subscription process for this fund is running from September 1, 2011 to December 1, 2011. The money will be used to invest in non-listed Chinese companies that are involved in new energy types of industries, with the expectation that these companies will eventually go public.

It appears (based on the website address, a common name on the management team, etc.) that Anpro PE might have some kind of indirect/direct relationship to Anpro Group. Anpro Group is a still-private photovoltaic products company in China.
