Yaacov would never have won that lawsuit. It was for being called a "con-artist" and "fraud"

By definition from dictionary.com

con artist - "a person adept at swindling by means of confidence games"

fraud - "any deception, trickery, or humbug:a person who makes deceitful pretenses"

Fitting Yaacov to a T. Now isn't that criminal.
