It could be an "ides of March" thing.
Many have heard the prediction of news in early fall and expect it to be immanent.
I more expect it to be a week or two from now.
If there is no PR by Friday AMC/BMO Monday then the PPS should slide back down to the 9s.

I think the world is waiting for the declaration of victory, the confirmation of pure Spider Silk. No rise will stick until then
but many traders want to buy the anticipation and sell the news.
