Where did beischens say that FASC funds built the plant? In fact, he just noted the part about the Malaysian partners paying for it.

From the beginning, FASC has said that the Malaysian partners were financing it 100%.

As for the rest of your post.......I think the old Spiro Agnew/Pat Buchanan saying that beischens previously referred to would apply....again.
