I hear ya KIG -- yesterday was key swing date , as fast as it went down it could have gone up , the R/R we all took

I'm a lil surprised the the court budged off their deadline date
of Sept 30 ! -- usally hard dates are hard dates for courts

-- I think The Court would have Killed this Deal long ago if they did not like it's Structure and Result for Both
parties


Attorneys love to string it out and milk it for as long as they can ,they are hour clock hore's - thats how they mate their money

-- the Structure of The Buyout is Too Good NOT To Pass Up
its a fair deal for both sides , it will get done....
