personally i think it almost makes more sense for APII to complete the acquisition of localprintdomains, then put that forth as their assetts, while VizzEco puts forth their assets so the merger can be more equal.

just a thought.

i would love to see the VizzEco merger close though. i am not expecting it until october though.
