I am with you in that opinion. In my opinion the precedent for updates in business activities was set in March with THAT press release. Consistency in reporting to shareholders is very important to an infant company and it's SP. Maybe JB "doesn't care about short term price of his stock" but he should. Tough to offer another discounted PIPE or pay vendors shares in lieu of payment, if needed, when your SP is in shambles.

Sharing progress with your shareholders is by no means pumping the stock as long as the info disseminated is accurate and timely. The market will determine the SP after evaluating the info provided.
