for the iphone yes sell on the news it's not a news anymore everybody knows they will sell it.

for the takeover thats something else but most of the time when a takeover is announced the price is very close to the takeover price so you sell or not it's not a big deal.

anyway all this is details the most important is as long sprint continue to show huge loss the price will stay low. with or without iphone.

the next quarter results should be interesting to see how it will affect the SP.
