Definitely it is risky to hold a real-estate stock. When the bubble bursts, Florida will get hit too. But, I think that Florida will recover fairly quickly because people die there in great numbers (retirees) which puts units on the market continually, housing still is relatively cheap when you get away from the coasts, and East Coast baby boomers are going to retire there like swarms of insects. Not to mention the burgeoning immigrant population. I think that Arizona will recover fairly quickly too.

I ain't selling my IPII for less than $25. You can always have hurricanes during a recession.
