After double checking the SANY Electric payment to 3Power in Ralls, Texas included 5(five) 2MW turbines or total of 10MW. That is a very similar sized deal to this Juhl Wind, Inc deal in Woodstock, MN from last April. The PR says Juhl purchased the 10.2MW for 400K.

400-500K might be a ball park for what we should expect the Sany deal to be worth...as mentioned in the last PSPW 10Q, they were awaiting final payment from SANY Electric.
