In May 2010 Concorde Groupe announced a deal with SKTO to build a plant in Romania. Concorde said the project should start in a week are so. Buckeye you said the reason the project didn't start was because the deal fell through. In August 2010 Concorde announced the same deal with SKTO and Concorde had 50 million from investors for this deal. What happened this time, I guess this deal fell through to. What Ramo did was put this deal in A Ramo PR to get more investors to buy into this scheme.
