There has been no filing for an increase in share authorization or R/S and it is too late to be filed. Over a billion share are due to be given to the 2011 lenders on Oct 4 and Radient does NOT have the shares.

They will DEFAULT and the lenders will be in Federal Court asking for all assets. Radient will have to file chapter to preserve their cash. Expect the filing On Oct 3rd or 4th.

That's it for common holders. The scam is over.
