APII is churning on low vol and looks to be establishing a base at the 200dma as some have mentioned. Without buying this will not move as investors and traders would hope. If everyone is waiting for the next piece of news then there is a chance we continue sliding.

I would like to believe ppl are seeing the potential of the new APII and are trying to get in before the news but it seems as if people are waiting for some sort of sign or validation before jumpin in or adding.

personally I dont have any more funds so I cannot. that being said, I would love for the VizzEco deal to close and see a run.
