In the past this company reached as high as 2.75$ per share for years stabilized at 1.50 to 1.75$ it has over three thousand shareholders - if the 30 million shares have been purchased by a group then there are 25 million more shares - if the people who purchased do not sell then the price will go up - laws of supply and demand.
