RE: stock obtained via terms of the"oncology rights" termination: since the original agreement occured in AUG 2010,
the restricted period may be over. The original terms allow for CDEX to terminate upon payment in shares . Therefore Holding period.. since the money was paid for these shares over a year aso.. might be considered..passed. Dunno.. but I think so.
