Costs should be cut to zero,

unless and until they decide to use the shell for something else.

Again, I suggest leveraging the Norris name (currently popular with the MSM) and rebooting as Norris Communications-- with a fresh focus and new group of schemers.

Those who have held on this long have already been eviscerated. Put them out of their misery by reorganizing the company thru ballooning the float and re emerge with a reverse split and a completely refreshed image.
