If it instantly, right now, did the R/S, as the pps is currently at .0002, which costs $200 per million shares, after the R/S, based that the R/S is 1 share for every 500 shares, so it would then be 2000 shares, with a pps of .10 per share.

That could then be tradeable at brokerages that clear through PENSON.

Of course if it drops anywhere below that point, it would be moot.
