Borscht, one of my personal favorites! Gotta have a dollop of sour cream in it, too! (and maybe some boiled potatoes) A good half polish boy like me grew up on it. The other half is Scots Irish, so you and I have some common ancestry, too) Funny thing, my Czech/Hungarian wife won't touch it. She hates beets. (because they are purple! Silly girl)
We can show off our "fusion recipes" sometime soon. We can set up camp in Silverton next year. King Zulu is already bringing the crawfish et tu fe and boudin!
