Bought more.

I know this isn't a "trading" board, but what the heck, got more at .386, a tad below where my core position is averaged in, always wanted more in there so I did, no guts no glory eh?

I DO see the chart potential for NEOM to go to .30 or even lower on no news, hope it doesn't, be painful, but I do think in the long run this is a real winner.
