I am not going anywhere at this point.

Have you though that the big investor have now show up because the DC has been a enormous let down? I truly view it critical to examine this deal, and potential band together to reject the deal.

I would assume that you are hinting people are attempting to lower the share price? No motivation to do so. Nio Star will have 0 connection to SRSR's share price assuming they achieve an IPO and that SRSR shareholders receive shares. Shining tree's IPO has 0 connection to SRSR's share price. There is no motivation here expect for the fact I may end up in a shell with no way out. I keep posting here hoping that someone will give me harden facts that I have missed in the DC to help me feel better about my investment. No one can provide this releif, because the information required to remove these doubts is not present in the DC.
