obvious dilution of stock with no word from the company!

There has been word from the company. The word is "We are not diluting".

Whether you believe that or not is your decision, but do not come on this board trying to pass off your opinion as fact. You don't do any DD to try and find answers, you only try and raise doubt by constantly talking about dilution.

Look up the definition of accretion so you understand the company is not dumping shares onto the market (dilution). It is using shares, possibly shares from its treasury (i.e. not increasing the OS), in order to make investments in other companies.
