An open forum with the CEO is not actually productive.
Because of what is happening, people calling, e-mailing etc. asking the same questions. It is not effective use of time and energy to keep repeating oneself.
What is effective is to be straight forward and ahead of the game, keeping shareholders apprised of events and answering the questions and doubts before they can be asked one time in a clear formal presentation.
A CEO's job is be in charge of all operations involved, delegating authority as needed to qualified people in respective segments of the operation, getting the most out of their individual potential.
Would like Liebs to stand up for himself, stand up for MMTE shareholders and do the right thing.
