Why would Enableware give up their own revenue just to be diluted later??? they can go into a clean shell and only give up 3 to 5 percent of the equity upon reverse merger...Let alone the fact that all you shareholders are going to be reduced down to nothing when they reverse split RLTR. only to further dilute the company when they convert all the debt to pay the bills...Ive been telling you guys for months this deal would never happen..
