JB,

regarding this info

This next item really caught me off guard. Tom said there is a possibility that China will ban solar panel exports. This ban would largely be due to China's expected domestic demand. If this happens, think of the expansion at non-China solar plants.

Is this possible ban would include manufacturers of equipment related to the manufacturing of PV component like Natcore? Because based on that statement from http://www.natcoresolar.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=69&Itemid=75 Natcore China is supposed to be the only ARBOX provider for 5 year if I understand correctly

Under this agreement, Natcore China will have a life span of at least 20 years It will have exclusive rights in perpetuity to develop and manufacture the AR coating equipment used in this technology, so long as it meets specified pricing and quality control standards, and to sell it to solar cell producers in China. Natcore China will also have exclusive rights for a period of five years to develop and manufacture this equipment for sale anywhere in the world. The solar cell producers that buy this equipment may sell their output anywhere in the world.

If they ban export, they might ban as well anything related to solar industry as well. I guess the good news if they expect to need 100% of the chinese capacity to deliver the GW for the China, then they'll sell a whole lot of ARBox in the country!

Any thoughts?

Thanks!
