WE NEED TO VOTE NO ON THIS PROXY...
Sorry for being negative but I can't help it right now. I'm having been long in SRSR for 4 years now, I own millions of shares, and we need to vote NO. This DC is a joke...
1.Why do we need to have 100 million more shares for Capital if we are voting on a deal to secure our Capital needs?
2.Why dosen't Mr.Keevil own more shares? Are you kidding, he dosen't have much skin in this game.
3.The number 2 guy has no skin in this game 2 million shares what? Most of the poster here on this board have more shares.
4.The Option, Oh the Option, 25-35% of a World Clas Asset for 10 Million? So your telling me the stuff in the ground is worth 40-50 Million GREAT... What happend to the Billions?
5.HKHE Who is this and what is this? We need to know before the vote, who is the holder of this Corporation or Shell etc...
6.The Spin-Out, here we go, Quote:If successful, the Company May enact a dividend-in-kind, I repeat May enact a dividend what? No way is should also say, or May not enact as well. Or such analogous transaction as the Board may determine and approve. Again what transaction are they talking about, and they are going to approve after the fact, now way can we vote on something that we know nothing about?
7. ST those wonderful Gold Bars, for every 35 we get 1 OK, but its subject to, Quote: among other things, Board approval of the final structure and terms of the Spin-Out. What other things? and what final strucure? Again after the fact, how can we vote on something we know nothing about.
8.If this is a World Class Asset like we all have been told, why is there only 2 people on the Board of Directors, COME ON, there must be 50+people they could get to be on the Board, if its what they say it is?
And lastly I have been investing for years, and every Proxy that has been sent to me already has Board approval for the action they want to do, Why does this Board want our vote before the actions, and then they have the right to approve it or not. And then let us know what the deal will be, again after the fact? THIS IS NOT GOOD PEOPLE, these things really bother me, why isn't it bothering more of you? I feel like I'm being played for the first time from these guys... IMO
