The one thing I like is that its's not only about one product. I bet they have people all over lousiana begging them to try their product so it can go into production to the whole united states . When i went shopping the other day in our home town in Wisconsin , there is absulutely no cajun or creole foods. I think this is a great idea, and i'm sure something is really going to catch on in their line-up of products, and maybe it is yet to be found. I think this is a fantastic idea.I just went online and looked on amazon for creole or cajun sauce, none to be had.They just have spices.
