people are loving the cloud not realizing all the issues that will arise from it, however, that is not our concern. Our concern is APII growing via mergers and acquisitions and the PPS reflecting the companys new value.

yes, we understand we are purchasing a company which has not been reporting for a while, but there are reasons behind that for which we understand.

yes, we know there are risks, but we have obviously chosen are person risk-reward ratio (or balance if you prefer) and have made a decision which only we will live with the consequences.

for those who own APII, best to you. obviously we all want to make money here.
