would be telling Megas that he no longer has any fiduciary responsibility - Assuming that were true, it would only apply to shareholders. We are not shareholders...we have an IOU for shares, not yet delivered. From Megas point of view we are certainly not shareholders. Given there were only 4M shares outstanding at the time, it was not possible for us to become shareholders.
