I think that is a COMPLETE fabrication and he can actually go to jail for making stuff like that up.

Even if Sam did not sign a new deal, which I fully expect him to, Paul would immediately go kick the crap out of him in court. No way he would just give up after getting this close again.

Neither Sam or Paul can let it go to BK at this point because it was kicked back to Chancery. AND, KMOB would never let those patents default back to Sam w/o a hell of a fight.

That guy is simply crazy.
