I was being cryptic because it was apparent from the post that DD had not been done. The post gave it away ;)
For time constraints I will not post it again.
Go through the 2010 2011 fillings, LOI's and PR's (DiiDii has a good summary post). You will see where several of the accomplishments where actually within 30 days of the announced intent.
Current investor sentiment is not the indicator of where we are going or when we are going.
Buying high makes most folks disgruntled investors that then do disservice to their investments by articulating their views based on their emotion rather than their DD.

MMTE is still a good investment, especially at this level. News of more land, financial details or a JV already being planned for, will give us the boost we are looking for.
