This stock needs to stay around the .007's before next PR/Pump to get a good run going. The price was so low at .0043 that it barely made it over a penny, topping at .0125 and not even breaking even for most "longs". It would have needed over a 400% gain to go over .02. At least if the stock sticks around .007 you only need a 180% gain to hit .02.
