What I notice is Raphael Pinedo literally begging Linnem the opportunity to initiate negotiations, not work on any real projects just the opportunity to initiate negotiations on the project. It's all right there in the LOI in the sticky. He thought because he had some paperwork drawn up with PriceWaterhouseCoopers that they would expedite the deal. Looks like they had other plans. It's sad to watch a grown man beg. The deal could still go through but knowing his past it has fallen to the wayside.
