CD: Oh, yes, I understand it fine. You just spoke of such hopelessness, I was trying to understand why you would still be hanging around after you said we would all be so unhappy later? If you think you will be so unhappy with the outcome of this investment...one would think, that you would find a company with better prospects. It just does not make much sense from an investor perspective and quality of life issue.

I understand both sides of the argument, as it is a common issue between managment and small shareholders. And one that you will not like the outcome.
