Unless the typical IMGG shareholder only owns 1 or 2 stocks

the demand that shareholders must travel to IMGG to get their questions answered is pretty weak.

it is also a violation of regulation FD to disseminate information in one venue, but withholding that same information from ALL shareholders.

A shareholder meeting alone DOES NOT meet the requirements of REG FD.

As for the cost of a conference call: a conference call costs the same or less than a shareholder meeting, but then the benefits last into the future as the call is archived on the company website.

But in the past, those archives have come back to haunt IMGG. A good thing for shareholders. Not so good for IMGG
